Memory disclosure or crash via undersized section buffer

Out-of-bounds read in GNU LibreDWG 0.9.3.2564 allows remote attackers to disclose memory or crash applications via a crafted DWG file. In read_R2004_section_info, an incomplete remaining-length check lets bfr_read copy 64 bytes after too few bytes are validated in a decompressed section buffer. Exploitation requires an application linked to the library to process the crafted file, exposing process memory or terminating that application.
