Insufficient policy enforcement in Google Chrome before 83.0.4103.61 allows local users to bypass navigation restrictions through UI actions. Google has not published the enterprise-policy locus or the UI sequence that improperly permits a blocked navigation. Exploitation requires local interactive access to a managed browser and changes where that user can navigate, with no reported data disclosure or code execution.
