DLL search-path hijacking in SAP Business Client 7.0 through Patch 9 allows local users to execute code after user interaction. The client searches untrusted directories for a required library and loads an attacker-supplied DLL without restricting the lookup to trusted paths. Exploitation requires placement of the DLL and social engineering that induces a user to launch the client; the code then controls the application's behavior in that user's context.
