Improper privilege management in WAGO PFC200 Controller 03.03.10(15) allows remote authenticated users to execute code as root via WBM. WBM accepts an unsigned opkg .ipk software package, and activate_download invokes opkg with sudo so package control scripts run as root. WBM administrator access is required; exploitation crosses the documented separation between web accounts and Linux users and permits system-service replacement.
