Code execution via ICO buffer size overflow

Integer overflow in Accusoft ImageGear 19.4.0 through 19.6.0 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted ICO file. In ico_read, attacker-controlled biWidth and biBitCount values overflow the buffer_1 size calculation, allocating it smaller than buffer_3 before a copy writes past its boundary. Exploitation requires a host application to load the malformed image through IG_load_file, and successful memory corruption executes code in that application's context.
