Code execution via JPEG precision buffer overwrite

Out-of-bounds write in Accusoft ImageGear 19.5.0's JPEG precision parser allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted JPEG file. The jpegread path allocates 692 bytes from attacker-controlled JPEG fields, then performs 222 six-byte write iterations driven by the width field. Exploitation requires a host application to open the malformed file through IG_load_file; the overwrite corrupts its process memory and permits code execution in that application's context.
