Daemon crash via stale negative file descriptor

Stack buffer overflow in Troglobit Mini-SNMPD 1.4 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon through timed TCP connections. The TCP-client cleanup loop decrements g_tcp_client_list_length while iterating, leaves a disconnected entry with file descriptor -1, and later passes that value to FD_SET, which writes before its stack-allocated descriptor set. No authentication or crafted SNMP payload is required; opening several TCP connections and closing alternating sockets terminates the process and interrupts SNMP service.
