Memory disclosure and crash via wrapped BER length

Out-of-bounds read in Mini-SNMPD 1.4 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory or crash the daemon via a crafted SNMP request. The decode_cnt function subtracts an attacker-controlled BER integer length from the packet size without first ensuring that the length fits, so size_t wraparound lets its loop read beyond the heap packet buffer. Network access to the SNMP listener is sufficient; repeated malformed requests disclose memory four bytes at a time, while a large offset causes a crash.
