Remote TMM restart via HTTP/2 request sequence

Denial of service in F5 Networks BIG-IP 14.1.0 through 14.1.2.3 and 15.0.0 through 15.0.1 allows remote attackers to restart TMM. A particular request sequence reaches TMM while it processes SSL traffic through an HTTP/2 full proxy, but F5 has not disclosed the faulty parsing or state transition. Exposure requires HTTP/2, MRF, and SSL; the restart disrupts traffic and can trigger failover to a standby system.
