Unrestricted file upload in Pandora FMS 7.0 NG 742_FIX_PERL2020 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute PHP code. The files_repo page accepts a malicious PHP script and exposes its stored location as Base64 data that can be decoded into an executable URL. Administrator privileges are required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code as the web-server account.
