Operator-session script execution via unencoded profile names

Stored XSS in TCExam 14.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in an operator's browser through crafted profile names. The module editor inserts an operator's stored last and first names into HTML without output encoding when the operator opens tce_edit_module.php. An administrator must first save the crafted names, and the payload runs only when a non-administrator operator visits the module editor, exposing data and actions available to that operator's session.
