Reflected XSS in OpenMRS Reference Application 2.9 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script via the app parameter. The ActiveVisit page places the app value into its HTML response without neutralizing an attribute-closing payload. Exploitation requires an authenticated session and a user to load a crafted URL; injected code runs in that browser's OpenMRS origin.
