Reflected XSS via unescaped Referrer header

Reflected XSS in OpenMRS Reference Application Module 2.9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via the Referrer header. The application copies the header value into an HTML element named redirectUrl on pages such as login.htm without sufficient validation or output neutralization. No authentication is required, but a victim must interact with the crafted content before script runs in the victim's browser within the OpenMRS origin.
