Unauthenticated disarm via rogue keypad pairing

Improper authentication in SimpliSafe Base Station (Gen 3) firmware 1.4 allows local, unauthenticated attackers to disarm systems via rogue keypad pairing. The base station accepts a keypad already paired to another system after its physical pairing button is pressed, then permits that keypad to add or change PINs without the victim PIN. Physical access and a second attacker-controlled base station and keypad are required; the resulting impact is unauthorized disarming and integrity loss, not reported data disclosure or service interruption.
