Root command execution via password-recovery SQL injection

SQL injection in Grandstream UCM6200 Series before 1.0.19.20 allows remote attackers to execute shell commands as root via HTTP. The sendPasswordEmail action inserts user_name into an SQLite lookup, then passes attacker-controlled data to sendMail.py through popen without neutralizing SQL or shell syntax. No authentication is required; versions before 1.0.19.20 permit root command execution, while versions before 1.0.20.17 permit HTML injection into password-recovery emails.
