Command execution in National Tax Agency Japan e-Tax AP 1.0.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via crafted parameters. The extension accepts an attacker-crafted parameter and uses it to manipulate COM objects, causing the host to execute the resulting command. Exploitation requires user interaction with the Chrome or Chromium-based Edge extension; the public advisory does not identify the delivery vector or affected COM object.
