Unauthenticated PHP code execution via arbitrary file upload

Code injection in keitai-site.net mailform 1.04 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through a file upload. The mail-form handler accepts arbitrary PHP file uploads and permits the server to execute the uploaded content. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation grants code execution with the web server process's privileges.
