Authenticated remote code execution via unsafe thumbnail fetch

Dangerous file upload in Gila CMS 1.11.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through the lzld/thumb endpoint. The thumbnail handler passes the src URL through image::make_thumb and image::local_path, then PHP copy saves the remote content under a derived name without validating its type. Administrator access and a web server configured to execute .phar or .phtml files are required, after which arbitrary system commands run in the web server context.
