Access-token theft via unvalidated OAuth redirect

Open redirect in Pivotal Software Concourse, most versions before 6.0.0, allows remote attackers to steal a user's access token via login. The /sky/login endpoint accepts an attacker-supplied OAuth redirect_uri and carries that destination through the login flow without restricting it to a trusted callback. A victim must follow the crafted link and complete authentication; the resulting redirect exposes the token to the attacker-controlled site.
