Credential disclosure via background-job property logging
Published Feb 27, 2020 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Sensitive-data exposure in Cloud Foundry CAPI before 1.91.0 allows remote authenticated users with log access to obtain job credentials. The job runner writes complete background-job properties under the “about to run job” log message instead of filtering credential-bearing fields. Exposure requires a job carrying secrets and access to operator logs; affected examples include service-broker jobs and server-side app manifests.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
