Hard-coded credentials in Dell Data Protection Advisor 6.4, 6.5, and 18.1 allow remote attackers to gain read-only access via login. The undocumented, limited-privilege account accepts a password embedded in every affected installation instead of an installation-specific secret. Network access to the login service and knowledge of the password are required; successful access exposes data through the account's read-only privileges.
