Plaintext password storage in Dell EMC Repository Manager 3.2 and earlier allows local users to obtain configured proxy credentials. The application writes the proxy server user's password without encryption to its local database. Exploitation requires authenticated local file-system access and permits use of the proxy account's privileges.
