Memory corruption via unchecked PCX row width

Buffer overflow in Pillow before 6.2.2 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory by supplying a crafted palette-mode PCX image. ImagingPcxDecode failed to reject P-mode rows whose pixel width exceeded the destination row-buffer size, allowing decoding to continue past its boundary. Exploitation requires an application to load attacker-controlled PCX data; memory corruption can crash the process or enable code execution within its privileges.
