Unauthenticated steward actions via nickname impersonation

Improper access control in examknow MH-WikiBot allows remote attackers to execute steward commands through its IRC interface. The QuIRC.py callback supplied only the nickname to bot.py, whose on_message handler compared it with the steward list without verifying the account hostmask. Network access to the bot's IRC channel is sufficient, and successful exploitation permits privileged block or unblock actions against wiki accounts.
