Stored script execution via unescaped block title

Stored cross-site scripting in PrestaShop Link List before 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a block title. The linkblock.tpl template inserts a stored title directly into an HTML heading without escaping it, while the corrective patch applies Smarty HTML escaping. Low-privileged access to create or edit a link-list block and a later page view are required, exposing the viewer's browser context to the stored script.
