Credential disclosure via shared hard-coded encryption key

Hard-coded encryption key use in GLPI 0.80 through 9.4.5 allows attackers with database ciphertext to decrypt stored passwords. Toolbox::encrypt passes passwords and plugin secrets through the same public GLPIKEY constant, so identical key material protects every installation. Access to encrypted database values is required; exposed backups, database compromise, or administrator access can disclose LDAP, SMTP, IMAP, proxy, and plugin credentials.
