Authenticated arbitrary file writes via unsanitized chunk paths
Published Feb 5, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Path traversal in OneupUploaderBundle before 1.9.3 and 2.0.0 through 2.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to write files. Chunk-upload handlers use unsanitized UUID, index, and filename parameters to build temporary storage and assembly paths outside the chunk directory. Legitimate upload access is required; writable destinations permit file disclosure, deletion, copying, or code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
