Stored XSS via unescaped attachment filename

Stored XSS in PrivateBin 1.2.0 through 1.2.1 and 1.3.0 through 1.3.1 allows attackers to run script in visitors' browsers. AttachmentViewer.moveAttachmentTo passes the attacker-controlled download filename to I18n._ as HTML instead of encoding it as text. Exploitation requires file uploads, ineffective CSP enforcement, a malicious paste, and a visitor clicking Clone; the impact is limited to that paste's browser context.
