Unauthenticated filesystem read and write via path traversal

Path traversal in Troglobit uftpd before 2.11 allows remote attackers to read and write arbitrary filesystem locations via FTP commands. In src/common.c, compose_path built a normalized rpath but checked dir against the FTP home, leaving the resolved path outside that boundary unchecked. No authentication is required; successful traversal exposes or alters files accessible to the daemon account.
