Unauthorized file access via ZIP permission bypass

Authorization bypass in Cerberus FTP Server Enterprise before 10.0.18 or before 11.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to access restricted files. The Web Client download_zip endpoint accepts a caller-controlled ID and builds an archive without enforcing file visibility and listing permissions, while unzip creates directories without the Create Directory permission. Exploitation requires an HTTP(S) listener, an authenticated account, and either Zip plus Download or Unzip plus Upload privileges; it exposes restricted files and directory names or creates unauthorized directories.
