Authenticated file overwrite via unsafe ZIP extraction

Path traversal in DNN Platform 9.4.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite permitted file types via crafted ZIP files. The file-upload ZIP extraction function fails to validate archive entry directory names before writing them beneath the extraction target. A low-privileged account can pair the flaw with the upload-extension bypass to replace allowed files, including CSS content used for site defacement.
