OS command injection in Comtech Stampede FX-1010 7.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via Diagnostics Ping. The Diagnostics Ping handler passes shell metacharacters from the Target IP address field into an operating-system command without neutralization. Administrative access to the web interface is required, although the published record notes that some units accept the comtech account’s comtech password.
