Information disclosure via missing HSTS headers

Missing HSTS in IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence 5.2.6 allows remote attackers to intercept sensitive information. The virtual appliance omits the HTTP Strict-Transport-Security header from unauthenticated pages, so browsers are not instructed to require HTTPS for later requests. Exploitation requires an adjacent man-in-the-middle position and user interaction, and the reported consequence is disclosure rather than data modification or service interruption.
