Weak cryptography in IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence 5.2.6 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to decrypt sensitive RMI traffic. Data sent over the appliance's RMI ports is left unencrypted, so intercepted communications can be recovered despite the expected cryptographic protection. Exploitation requires access to an adjacent network path carrying RMI traffic; the reported consequence is disclosure of highly sensitive information, with no integrity or availability impact.
