Local credential disclosure via unencrypted manual edits

Cleartext credential storage in affected IBM UrbanCode Deploy 7.x releases allows local users to read keystore passwords after a manual edit. When a keystore password is manually changed, the affected startup path leaves the replacement value unencrypted instead of encrypting it during restart. Local host access and a manually edited value are required; the documented consequence is disclosure of stored credentials.
