CVE-2020-4895Network attack vector

Credential disclosure via stored Web UI JavaScript

Published Jan 7, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Stored cross-site scripting in IBM Emptoris Sourcing 10.1.0, 10.1.1, and 10.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. IBM states that the Web UI stores attacker-supplied JavaScript but has not disclosed the affected field, endpoint, or encoding failure. A user with application access must submit the payload, and its later execution within another trusted session can alter displayed content or disclose credentials.
