Credential disclosure via Web UI script injection
Published Mar 4, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Cross-site scripting in three IBM Engineering products allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials through the Web UI. IBM identifies only the Web UI and has not disclosed the input field or missing output-neutralization operation that accepts attacker-supplied JavaScript. A low-privileged user must submit the input and a victim must interact with it in a trusted session, where script execution can expose credentials.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
