Credential disclosure via stored Web UI scripts
Published Mar 4, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in affected IBM Engineering product releases allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials through the Web UI. IBM states that the Web UI accepts and stores arbitrary JavaScript, but it does not identify the affected field, endpoint, or missing output-encoding operation. A low-privileged user must submit the payload; execution occurs within a trusted session and can alter displayed functionality or expose credentials.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
