Credential disclosure via embedded Web UI JavaScript
Published Jan 8, 2021 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Cross-site scripting in IBM Jazz Foundation products allows remote authenticated users to expose credentials through a crafted Web UI entry. The Web UI accepts embedded arbitrary JavaScript in user-controlled content, but IBM does not identify the affected field, handler, or missing neutralization operation. Low-privileged access and another user's interaction are required; the script executes in a trusted session and can alter displayed content or disclose credentials.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
