Cross-user disclosure via insecure local web-page storage

Information disclosure in IBM Cloud APM 8.1.4 allows local users to read web pages stored by the Application Performance Monitoring UI. The UI stores rendered web pages on the local system without restricting access to the user who generated them. Exploitation requires access to the same system and exposes only the locally stored page content, with no reported ability to modify data or interrupt service.
