Improper access control in IBM Engineering Systems Design Rhapsody - Model Manager and related Jazz products allows remote authenticated users to bypass restrictions via crafted REST API requests. The REST authorization layer accepts requests that should be denied and permits arbitrary administrative actions. An authenticated account is required; successful exploitation can read, modify, or disrupt lifecycle data and configuration with administrative privileges.
