CVE-2020-4294Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated SSRF via unauthorized outbound requests

Published Apr 15, 2020 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Server-side request forgery in IBM QRadar 7.3.0 through 7.3.3 Patch 2 allows remote authenticated users to send unauthorized requests. The QRadar server originates attacker-directed requests to reachable destinations, enabling network enumeration and potentially facilitating attacks against internal services. Access requires authentication to the QRadar interface; the documented impact is unauthorized server-side network access rather than a demonstrated ability to execute code or alter QRadar itself.
