CVE-2020-4262

Arbitrary code execution via crafted .anb files

Published May 14, 2020 · Updated Sep 17, 2024

Memory corruption while loading .anb files in IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook 9.2.1 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The .anb file-loading path corrupts memory when it processes a crafted file, but IBM has not disclosed the affected parser or invalid memory operation.
