User impersonation via persistent post-logout sessions

Session expiration failure in IBM Content Navigator 3.0CD allows remote authenticated users to impersonate another user after logout. The logout path leaves the prior authenticated session valid instead of invalidating it, so the associated session credential remains reusable. Exploitation requires authenticated network access and possession of another user's still-valid session, enabling actions within that user's application privileges.
