Cross-site request forgery in IBM Tivoli Netcool/Impact 7.1.0.0 through 7.1.0.17 allows remote attackers to submit unauthorized actions. IBM has not disclosed the affected request handler or the missing request-validation control. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to load attacker-controlled content, after which the application accepts actions in that user's trusted session.
