Local privilege escalation via stored-procedure owner change

Privilege escalation in IBM Db2 11.1 and 11.5 allows local users with special permissions to gain elevated database privileges. Specially crafted Db2 commands improperly change the owner of stored procedures to SYSIBM. Exploitation requires an authenticated local account with special Db2 permissions and can confer SYSIBM-level control over affected routines.
