Reflected XSS in IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Web GUI 8.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript through server errors. The Relationship admin page renders server-returned error messages without proper encoding, causing supplied script code to execute. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction in a trusted session, where the script can alter displayed content or expose credentials.
