Click hijacking through deceptive interface framing
Published May 12, 2020 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Clickjacking in the management server in IBM API Connect 2018.4.1.0 through 2018.4.1.10 allows remote attackers to hijack victim clicks. IBM has not published the affected management-interface locus or the framing-control failure that permits deceptive overlay content. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a victim who visits an attacker-controlled website and interacts with the embedded interface, enabling unauthorized actions with limited confidentiality and integrity impact.
