Secret theft via unauthenticated PostgreSQL service

Improper access control in CyberArk Conjur OSS Helm Chart before 2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and write secrets. The integrated PostgreSQL deployment exposes its database service without password authentication or TLS, accepting connections from other cluster workloads. An attacker must know the database address and port and already have access inside the Kubernetes cluster; database writes can install a policy that grants access to every stored secret.
