Stored XSS via renamed upload filename

Stored XSS in Bolt CMS before 3.7.1 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a renamed upload. FilesystemManager::validateFileExtension accepts extensionless rename targets, while the file manager renders the resulting name without neutralizing script markup. Execution requires another user to view the stored filename; the reported consequence is limited to that browser context.
